Makan-Makan Introduction Again - Part 7

Lebuh Cecil Market (7th street market 七跳路as well known in Penang):
If you are local Penang grown, sure 7th street market is not new knowing place to you for food and daily items shooping. You can find more than 50 stores inside the foodcourt to choose.

Curry Mee : a famous curry mee is one of the highly recommended to try in foodcourt. The spicy chilli mix well with the coconut milk make the whole curry mee great in taste.
This store is only selling all deserts (汤水). The most well known nice are bobochacha and sagu. Fried sagu can be tried if you have not eaten before. But the store open very late which after 12:30pm.
Duck Koay Tiow Soup. One of the best in Penang but a bit expensive if you do have side order. But I would still say it's nice and worth.
The mix siew bak or char siew can be ordered accordingly. Usually we ordered RM5 to RM10 depends on how many buddy goes. If compare to Lorong Susu or Chulia Street, this is more to buying back home for dish.
Nasi Lemak at Pay Terubong.
If say the best, hm........... still not that but no harm to try. Close on Wednesday and only open after 12pm daily. A bit pricely but can try.
Air Itam Keat Seng Koah ChiapOnce of my favorated place for koah chiap especially the duck meats and pork inner parts. But the koah chiap a bit thick to bite.
Mecalister Road - Yi Yuan
If you searching for Penang local foods with "kok cha bee" (traditional taste), this coffee shop is highly recommended. From Wan Tan Mee, to char hor fun, oyster noodle, oachien, satey, till fried cook, all are #1 good.
